When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, project description, estimated timeline, and project type. With your consent, we also collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, approximate location). We do not use advertising trackers or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential project. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Our lawful basis for processing your data is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to business enquiries you have chosen to send to us.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of first contact, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Data relating to a project engagement may be kept for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location.
